I bought a car (car loan for 6 years), then I sold it and all the official papers still under my name , but this person isn't paying on monthly basis so the bank is always contacting me for late payments.
what can i do? can u help me please ?

Hello Lawyers. I am sorry to appear incognito here without real name.
My issue goes like that: My Mum did, few years ago, a cataracts operation at an ophthalmologist Doctor.
Since she did the operation.. she began having problem, pain and abundance tears in her eyes.
She went several time to try to see a solution with her Doctor... and the Dr. was giving her a pain killer and nothing more.. and even at last times he was trying to avoid her...
She decided to go and see another Dr. The Dr. Cherfan was astonished to see how badly the operation of cataracts was done.. and he obliged my mum to stay in the clinic and fix her at the same day and urgent operation for her eyes to remove the bad quality lens and add other one and assure her how badly the operation where done… and it can make her blind at anytime.
Few days passed and than my mum felt much better and get back to normal life...
Why am here: It is not that I want right now to present a case against the bad Dr. who could make my mother blind... but to mention that Doctors can be bad, irresponsible, lazy and indolent.
So I have both feeling: Either put him in justice and show him to all how bad he is or forget him but I think I will not forgive him. Thanks.

Hello,
I am currently a university student in Lebanon. I am interested in changing my major and studying law. However, I do admit my Arabic skills are not perfect. I know enough to get me by, and not more. Is it possible for me to study law in English and practice law in the future ? I do know that USEK offers a program in English, but if I am not mistaken, the program includes courses in Arabic.
Also, if I do transfer and study law and graduate, do I have to take the Bar Exam to be a qualified lawyer?
