My husband and I bought our house together (under both our names), took the housing loan from Iskan, we still have 13 years of due payments, we have recently decided to put the house under my name only, what is the procedure to do so, and if it costs how much does it cost. Thank you.

U have to check "the iskan bank" fr mre details bcz u took z loan over ur 2 salaries so the question is does ur salary alone can cover the monthly payments for the iskan? If yes i dnt think u hve any problem..
As fr z procedure, ur husband cn sell u his 1200 share and u hv to redo z register procedure of z house on ur name..
