I need to find out about the following:
1. What are administrative requirements and lawyer fees to establish a restaurant and is it possible to be done fully or partially without the help of a Lawyer?
2. In case of purchase of a an existing restaurant:
a- is it possible to change the name?
b- how would one check on a clean title and debt free purchase?

First: paperwork to set up a restaurant is initially start a business and then hire the location and register the lease in the municipality and then apply for the benefit of health in the municipality and after the disclosure and approval is to apply a license to the Ministry of Tourism for the first phase and followed a second phase.

Merci Maitre Khalil, I just wanted to have an approximative ball park idea of the estimated cost including administrative fees for my feasibility study, for example: between 1000$ and 2000$. Thank you again for taking time to reply.
