1- إن طلب التبليغ بواسطة النقابة هو شكوى تقدم بوجه الزميل المتعذر إبلاغه لمخالفته أحكام المادتين 80 من قانون تنظيم المهنة و80 من النظام الداخلي.
2- يجب أن ترفق وثيقة التبليغ بالشكوى، وأن يكون المباشر قد شرح عليها، بشكل واضح، تعذر التبليغ رغم المحاولة ثلاث مرات بتواريخ وأوقات مختلفة.
3- إن الشكوى يبدأ السير بها نتيجة مراجعة مُقدمها شخصياً،...
